3 tablespoons light mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1 small cucumber, unpeeled
8 raisins (if you like)

HOW TO PUT IT TOGETHER
- Open the can of tuna or chicken with a can opener.
- Scoop out the tuna or chicken with a fork into a small bowl.
- Plunk the measured mayonnaise and onion powder on top of the tuna or chicken. Jumble it all together with the fork.
- Lay the cucumber down on a cutting board. With the cutting knife, slice 8 circles, about 1/4-inch thick, from the cucumber.
- Pack the tuna or chicken salad in a small, sealed container, the sliced cucumber circles ("cucumber chips") in a plastic bag and the raisins in another plastic bag.
- When you're ready to eat, spoon one tablespoon of the salad on top of each cucumber chip. To make extra terrific, plop a raisin on top of each Topper!
