PB & B Sandwich

WHAT'S IN IT?
2 slices oat bran or other whole grain bread
1 small, really ripe banana (it'll have some brown spots on it when really ripe!)
1 teaspoon chocolate syrup
2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
STUFF YOU NEED
Toaster
Small bowl
Fork
Butter knife
Measuring spoons
Plastic wrap or foil
HOW TO PUT IT TOGETHER
- Toast the bread a little bit to make it crispy and slightly browned.
- In a small bowl, mash the banana with a fork.
- Spread the mashed banana with the butter knife on one piece of toast.
- Drizzle the chocolate syrup from the measuring spoon onto the mashed bananas.
- Spread the peanut butter from its measuring spoon with the butter knife onto the other piece of toast.
- Place the peanut butter side down onto the banana-chocolate side. Smush together!
- Wrap it well in plastic wrap or foil so it's ready for a lip-smacking lunch!
