WHAT'S IN IT?

2 large ice cubes
1 cup (8 fluid ounces) 100% orange juice
1/2 cup (4 ounces) low-fat vanilla yogurt

STUFF YOU NEED

Electric blender
Liquid and dry measuring cups
Tall glass

HOW TO PUT IT TOGETHER

  1. Dump the ice cubes and the measured juice and yogurt into the blender container. Make sure the lid is on tight!
  2. Blend for 15 seconds on low speed, or until the mixture is smooth.
  3. Pour the Dream into a tall glass.
  4. Gulp!
